RETURN POLICY: GenesisArtMaterials.com offers a 15 day return policy on MOST items.

GenesisArtMaterials.com reserves the right to deny returns DEPENDING ON THE REASON AND CONDITION OF THE SALE. If we choose to accept returns, there will be a 15% restocking charge. Freight charges are non-refundable. It is our policy that an authorization from an GenesisArtMaterials.Com representative is needed before your ship your product back.

AUTHORIZATION: Authorizations will be issued after talking with a GenesisArtMaterials.Com customer service representative. Call Customer Service at 800-937-4278 and have the order number and item in question available when you call. If authorized, you have 15 days to return all items listed. All returns, other than defective products, must be unopened, in original packaging and in resellable condition. You must note the sales persons name who you received the Authorization from. Credit, minus freight and restocking charges, will be issued after the receipt and inspection on all items returned.

CREDIT ISSUED: We will credit your card after receipt of the damaged goods , minus freight and restocking charges.

RETURNS: In the event of that your item was damaged in transit to you, a claim must be made upon delivery to the FedEx driver and to ArtSupply.com All freight claims are your responsibility, check your package for damage BEFORE signing. This makes it easier for you to make your freight claim with FedEx.

YOU HAVE 15 DAYS TO MAKE THE CLAIM FOR DAMAGED ITEMS: If the item has a manufactured flaw, please contact us within 7 days at 800-937-4278 and we will help you get a replacement item from the manufacturer of the product. GenesisArtMaterials.com can not be held responsible for any damages due to handling, misuse of a product or damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of any product sold. Damage claims do not apply to fragile items such as pastels cracked in transit .

SHIPMENT ERRORS : If you have received the wrong product due to our error, you have 7 days to make a claim. Please see RETURN POLICY.

CREDIT ISSUED:A valid Visa or MasterCard or American Express Number MUST be furnished and your billing will be from: Genesis Art Materials 2417 N Western Ave Chicago IL 60647. Illinois customers are subject to 9% sales tax.

BACK ORDERS: Sometimes a manufacturer or distributor cannot get their goods to us in a timely manner. In that event, we will cancel your back order within 15 days so you are free to try to find the item elsewhere,or re-submit your order to us.
